Job Description
We are a one of the UK's fastest expanding Claims Management Companies in the UK and we have a number of vacancies for ex Timeshare Sales Reps or ex Property Ownership Club representatives . We offer a generous uncapped incentive scheme with targeted earning in excess of 100k for the right applicants .

We believe that many hundreds of thousand people may have been mis-sold Timeshare and that because they have been mis-sold their Timeshare that they are entitled to claim compensation .

In addition we understand that in the case of Property Ownership Clubs where people have paid significant sums of money for life membership of clubs where they have the opportunity to purchase property offplan at significant discounts that many of these clubs have ceased trading .

Many of the people that meet the above criteria have paid a deposit or their entire fees for these products by using credit cards or loans from UK based lenders with whom we can pursue an action against in the courts .

The average compensation that many people may be entitled to is approx £8000 per sale which would result in a commission payment of £500 per completed claim .

In addition the beauty of our product is that we do not charge any upfront fees to the customer and only charge a commission based upon the success of their claim making it easier for our salespeople to sell our services !

Skills and Experience Required
If you have worked in the Timeshare industry or the Property Ownership Club industry and believe that you are aware of customers who may have been mis-sold their Timeshare etc then this could be the perfect job opportunity for you . Even if you have not worked directly in the sale of the Timeshare or Property Ownership clubs but are aware of customers who were disatisfied with the service or the product that they ended up buying then we want to hear from you !

There are thousands of "Buy To Let" landlords who have built up property portfolios who have joined these Property Ownership Clubs and have lost serious amounts of money who are all potential customers - if you know any of these people then again we too want to hear from you !
